Electric power has evolved, and Surron New Zealand is leading the charge for riders who demand performance, reliability, and raw torque that hits instantly. From road-ready commuters to trail-eating dirt machines, every Surron bike is engineered for those who live to ride, work, and explore the outdoors.

Whether you’re tearing up the backcountry, cruising city streets, or powering through the farm at dawn, there’s a Surron built for you.

Road-Legal Models

Built for the road. Forged for the wild.

These models come fully equipped to meet legal regulations for New Zealand’s roads: headlights, mirrors, indicators, compliance certification and registration compatibility, straight from the factory.

Surron Ultra Bee R

The Ultra Bee R is Surron’s street-legal powerhouse. It brings together electric torque, lightweight agility, and muscular design in one road-ready package. Built for riders who expect performance on every ride, this is the bike that proves electric doesn’t mean soft.

Licence requirements:
To ride the Ultra Bee R legally on NZ roads, you’ll need a Class 6 motorcycle licence.

Learner (6L): Start here after completing your Basic Handling Skills Test. You ride solo with L-plates and no passengers.

Restricted (6R): After at least six months, you can move up, gaining more freedom while staying within LAMS limits.

Full (6 Full): Complete the process and you’re unrestricted — passengers, night rides, full access to power.

The Ultra Bee R is configured to meet LAMS compliance, letting you enjoy it from your first licence stage through to full freedom.
