This Shipping Policy explains how we ship orders placed on Surron New Zealand (“we”, “us”, “our”) through our Shopify store. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.


Where we ship

We currently ship nationwide within New Zealand.


Order processing

  • Orders are processed on business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).
  • Once your order is collected by the courier, you’ll receive tracking details (where available).

Shipping fees (NZ-wide)

Spare Parts

  • Flat-rate shipping: $7.50 NZD nationwide
  • Courier: NZ Post
  • Estimated delivery time (in-stock parts): 1–3 business days (courier estimate)

Electric Dirt Bikes

  • Flat-rate shipping: $150 NZD nationwide

Pre-orders (Spare Parts)

Some spare parts are listed as pre-order. If your order includes a pre-order item, the dispatch timeframe is based on the rules below (and your order may be held and shipped together unless we advise otherwise).

Estimated pre-order delivery time

  • Most pre-ordered stock: estimated 3 weeks delivery period.
  • Heavy parts (2.5 kg and above): may require a longer delivery period. This includes (but is not limited to): Frames, Batteries, Wheels, and similar oversized items.
    If you’d like an estimate before ordering, please contact us for the latest timing.

Pre-order cutoff schedule

  • Pre-orders are processed every Friday.
  • Lead times begin counting from the Friday following your order.
    Example: If you order on a Tuesday, the lead time starts from the next Friday.

Assembly service (Electric Dirt Bikes)

If you select our Electric Dirt Bike Assembly Service ($115 NZD):

  • Your bike will be prepared ready to ride upon delivery.
  • Assembly time may affect dispatch timing (we’ll advise if this changes your delivery timeframe).

Delivery timeframes

Delivery estimates shown at checkout (or on product pages) are provided as a guide only. Actual delivery times may vary due to:

  • courier network delays,
  • rural delivery schedules,
  • weather events or public holidays,
  • stock availability (including pre-orders).

Address accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are correct at checkout. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend it.


Tracking

Where tracking is available, we’ll email you tracking information after your parcel is handed to the courier.


Damaged items, missing parcels, or shipping issues

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or doesn’t arrive within a reasonable timeframe:

  • Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos (if damaged).
  • We’ll work with NZ Post/courier to investigate and resolve the issue.
