Delivery times typically range from 2 to 10 business days, excluding public holidays and peak periods. Please ensure your shipping address is attended to avoid missed delivery fees.

All bikes are securely packaged, but some assembly may be required upon arrival. For assistance, refer to our assembly guide or contact your local dealer (assembly fees may apply).

We do not ship large items to P.O. Boxes. For international shipping inquiries, please contact us for a custom quote.

We are committed to delivering your Surron Electric Bike safely and efficiently. Shipping is free for customers in the North Island, while deliveries to the South Island have a $200 shipping fee.

Due to the size and handling requirements of e-bikes, delivery times may vary. Orders typically arrive within 5 to 10 business days, though deliveries to remote areas may take 14 or more business days.
