This giveaway is run by IONREADY Group Limited, trading as Surron New Zealand ("Surron NZ", "we", "us"). Contact: sales@sur-ron.co.nz.
Entries open on 18 September 2026 and close at 11.59pm NZDT on 30 October 2026. The draw will take place on 31 October 2026. Entries received outside this period will not be accepted.
3.1 Entry is open to New Zealand residents only. Entrants must be resident in New Zealand at the time of entry. Entries from outside New Zealand will not be accepted.
3.2 The following people cannot enter:
3.3 "Immediate family" means a spouse, partner, parent, child, sibling or anyone living in the same household.
3.4 If the winner is under 18, the prize must be accepted by their parent or legal guardian on their behalf, and that parent or guardian must sign the prize acceptance and safety acknowledgement in clause 7.3.
4.1 Entries are accepted on Instagram and on Facebook. Both accounts use the same handle, @surrontechnz.
4.2 To enter on Instagram: follow @surrontechnz and like the giveaway video. This is one entry.
4.3 To enter on Facebook: follow @surrontechnz and like the giveaway video. This is one entry.
4.4 Bonus entry: share the giveaway video to your story or your feed and tag @surrontechnz. Each person can receive a maximum of one bonus entry in total, regardless of which platform they share on, or whether they share on both.
4.5 The maximum number of entries per person is three.
4.6 Your account must be public during the promotion period so we can verify your entry. Entries from private accounts, or posts and stories we cannot see, may not be counted.
4.7 After entries close, we will compile a list of all eligible followers and entries across both platforms for the draw. You must still be following @surrontechnz on the platform you entered from when entries close to be included.
4.8 Entry is free. No purchase is necessary.
5.1 Each entrant must use one real, personal account on each platform, and provide a valid email address if requested.
5.2 Multiple accounts on the same platform, fake or "dummy" accounts, accounts created for giveaways, and entries made through automated tools or bots are not permitted.
5.3 We will review entries. Any account we reasonably believe is not genuine, or any person we believe has entered more than the permitted number of times, will be disqualified along with all of their entries.
5.4 Before the prize is awarded, the selected winner must provide proof that the account is genuine and belongs to them. This may include:
5.5 If the winner cannot provide satisfactory proof within the time we specify, the prize will be forfeited and a new winner will be drawn.
5.6 Our decision on whether an entry is genuine is final.
6.1 There is one prize: one Surron Light Bee 2 X in Glacier White, valued at $10,490 including GST.
6.2 The prize will be supplied through an authorised Surron NZ dealer, who will complete the pre delivery inspection. The winner must collect the prize from their chosen nearest authorised Surron NZ dealer.
6.3 The prize is expected to be available from November 2026, with estimated delivery to the dealer of 3 to 5 business days once shipped. We will keep the winner updated if timing changes.
6.4 The prize is not transferable, cannot be exchanged, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
6.5 If the prize becomes unavailable for reasons outside our control, we may substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
6.6 The prize does not include riding gear, insurance, freight beyond what is stated, or any other costs not listed above.
7.1 The Light Bee 2 X is an off road bike and is not road legal in New Zealand. It must only be ridden on private land or approved off road areas with the landowner's permission.
7.2 The winner agrees to wear a helmet and appropriate protective gear and to ride within the law.
7.3 The winner may be asked to sign a prize acceptance and safety acknowledgement before collection.
8.1 The winner will be drawn at random from all valid entries on 31 October 2026.
8.2 The winner will be contacted by direct message from the official @surrontechnz account on the platform they entered from, and by email, and announced on Facebook and Instagram.
8.3 The winner must respond within 7 days of being contacted. If they do not, the prize will be forfeited and a new winner drawn.
8.4 We will never ask for payment, bank details or passwords to claim the prize. Any message asking for these is not from us.
By accepting the prize, the winner agrees that Surron NZ may use their first name and town, photos, and video of the prize handover in our marketing, without further payment. Content will only be used in a way that is respectful and consistent with these terms.
We will collect and use entrant information for running this giveaway and, where entrants opt in, to send updates from Surron NZ. Information is handled in line with the Privacy Act 2020 and our Privacy Policy. Entrants can ask to access or correct their information at any time by contacting us.
This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram, Facebook, Meta or TikTok. Entrants release these platforms from any responsibility connected to the giveaway.
To the extent permitted by law, Surron NZ is not responsible for any loss, damage or injury arising from entering the giveaway or from accepting or using the prize, except for any liability that cannot be excluded under New Zealand law, including the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
13.1 We may disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, acts unfairly, or breaches these terms.
13.2 By entering, entrants agree to these terms. Our decision on all matters relating to the giveaway is final.
