Surron Season-to-Season Deals – Terms & Conditions
(Gift With Purchase: Prezzy Gift Card)
Operated by Surron New Zealand (a trading name of IONREADY Group Ltd)
1. Promoter and Acceptance
This Promotion is operated by Surron New Zealand, a trading name of IONREADY Group Ltd, Unit 3/76 Porana Road, Hillcrest, Auckland 0627 (the “Promoter”). By participating in this Promotion, customers accept these Terms and Conditions in full. All promotional instructions, communications, and materials issued by Surron New Zealand form part of these Terms and Conditions.
2. Eligibility
The Promotion is open to individuals who:
- Are 18 years of age or older; and
- Are not employees, directors, contractors, or agents of the Promoter, any authorised Surron dealership, or any of their related companies or promotional agencies (collectively, “Associated Persons”).
3. Promotional Period
The Promotion is valid from 28 November to 31 December 2025 (the “Promotional Period”). The Claim Period ends on 15 January 2026. Claims submitted after this date will not be accepted.
4. Qualifying Purchase
To be eligible for a Prezzy Gift Card, customers must:
- Purchase a participating Surron Electric Dirt Bike model,
- From an Authorised Surron Dealership in New Zealand,
- Within the Promotional Period.

Each Qualifying Purchase entitles the buyer to one (1) Prezzy Gift Card. Multiple purchases are permitted, but each must be submitted as a separate claim.
5. How to Claim
Customers must lodge their claim using the official Surron NZ Prezzy Card Claim Link, providing:
- A clear and valid proof of purchase (original receipt or tax invoice); and
- Complete and accurate personal and contact details.
Incorrect, incomplete, or unverifiable submissions may be declined at the sole discretion of Surron New Zealand.
6. Gift Delivery
Once a claim is validated, the Prezzy Gift Card will be issued within 30 days from the date of submission. Processing times may vary based on internal account verification. Surron New Zealand is not liable for delivery delays beyond its control.
7. Conditions of the Gift
- The Prezzy Gift Card is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or alternative products.
- If the allocation of Prezzy Gift Cards has been fully redeemed, Surron New Zealand is under no obligation to provide substitutes or additional compensation.
- The gift must be accepted as awarded.
8. General Terms
If the Promotion is hindered or disrupted (including by natural disasters, technical issues, system outages, or other unforeseen events), Surron New Zealand reserves the right to modify, suspend, cancel, or restart the Promotion at its discretion.
To the fullest extent permitted by New Zealand law, the Promoter and its associated agencies accept no responsibility for indirect or consequential losses, system or technical failures, delays or delivery issues, or personal injury, damage, or loss arising from participation in the Promotion or use of the Prezzy Gift Card.
9. Privacy
All personal information collected for this Promotion will be handled in accordance with the New Zealand Privacy Act and the Surron New Zealand Privacy Policy.
Personal information may be used for:
- Verifying eligibility;
- Managing and processing claims; and
- Communicating with participants regarding their submission.
Participants consent to receiving electronic correspondence related to their claim. They may opt out of marketing messages at any time.

10. Rights and Governing Law
Failure by Surron New Zealand to enforce any provision of these Terms and Conditions does not constitute a waiver of that provision.
Surron New Zealand may amend, suspend, or cancel the Promotion at any time at its sole discretion.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New Zealand, and all participants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.
